SIMPTOMS OF DECLINE IN THE IMMUNE SISTEM
How do you know that your immune system is weakened and needs strengthening?
Since a large number of pathogens can cause disease, the symptoms of a weakened immune system might be different. Note the following:

1.Fatigue
Chronic fatigue is a sign of a decline in the immune system. It is normal when fatigue is due to hard work, exercise or exercise in general. But if you feel permanently exhausted, if you gasp for breath, or if small changes affect your energy and mood, this may already be one of the symptoms of a weakened immune system.
2.Allergies
Allergies are another challenge for your body. For some of them you may be more sensitive, while for others not so much, but your body’s ability to deal with allergies depends on whether your immunity is good or if it has dropped. In many cases, allergic reactions have been successfully alleviated or cured by boosting the immune system.

3. Common viral infections
Do you catch any virus that is around you and do you think you will be the next hospitalized when one of your colleagues becomes ill? Do you have flu twice a year and have herpes problems? Do you often suffer from sore throat or other cold symptoms? You don’t need more obvious signals! You definitely need to boost your immune system.
4. Common bacterial infections
If you often have to visit a doctor and take antibiotics due to inflammation of the ears, lungs, throat, gums, etc., then this is a symptom that the antibodies in our body cannot successfully fight the disease alone. You need to learn how to support your immunity.

Remember: Excessive use of antibiotics will eventually make things worse because the bacteria become resistant and the drugs will not work. In other words, it is better to support your body’s immunity and resistance forces than bacterial resistance.
These are just some of the symptoms of impaired immunity, but there are many other cases and ways in which the problem can occur.
Given the recent events in the world, the immune system needs to be maintained in good health to deal with COVID-19 more easily.
