All orders will be sent out on the next business day. If you place your order on the weekend or a bank holiday, then it will be sent out on the next business day.
Parcels in the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked from our depot in England.

All parcels are shipped with a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimated unless booked as a guaranteed delivery. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.

When will I receive my order?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 business days depending on when your order was placed. Please know if you place an order over the weekend, it won’t ship out until the next business day. After your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for domestic deliveries. You’ll receive tracking information in your email so you can track your precious goods.
My product arrived broken or in poor shape.
Curses! Sometimes our products go for a wild ride on their way across the country to you and things go awry. Allow us to make it right for you. Send us an email at email@example.com. Include your order number and a description of what happened (photos help, too!). We’ll send out another shipment to you right away.
What is AYB’s refund policy?
We craft our supplements with the intention of being beneficial to your health as well as your taste buds and it’s of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy using them. We mean business on this one. So if you’re at all dissatisfied with your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
Unused and unwanted items
If you’ve ordered something by mistake or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 7 days of receiving your order.
They will give you the return address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will issue you a refund, less our shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of any AYB® supplement that we will give you the time to try it out. We’ll give you your money back if it doesn’t work for you.
Try one container of any single AYB® supplement and, if you do not see the results you want, simply return the used container and any unused containers of the same product within 30-days of your order being delivered and we will gladly refund your money.
This guarantee applies to your first order of any AYB® supplement, up to a maximum of one container of each individual product. We think it is fair that if you tell us that a supplement doesn’t work for you and you return it for a refund, you cannot order it again and expect to get a second refund.
Before requesting a refund, you should take your supplement as directed on the label until the container is empty. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise for at least 3 months. Please also note that refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers.
Our return system is very easy to use:
To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email email@example.com. We will give you detailed instructions on how to make your return, along with a return address
Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole container and assess your results
You must supply your full name, address and order number
All used and unused containers of the product must be returned together
You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail
If you fail to comply with ANY of the above conditions, we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
